Becoming a Client

As a potential client of NW Brown, we will be pleased to offer you a meeting (at no cost) with a member of our Corporate Benefits team. This gives you an opportunity to learn more about us and our services, and allows us to get to know your requirements and budget.

Based on our initial meeting, we will prepare a detailed Corporate Benefit review outlining:

  • Your current benefit structure and cost
  • Our understanding of your needs and budget
  • The most appropriate solution and cost.

If you are happy with our proposed strategy, structure and cost, you simply sign and return a Client Agreement.

Ongoing Service

We can tailor our service to your requirements including:

  • Designing the most appropriate benefit programme

  • Advising on pension fund strategies and pension contribution levels
  • Legislation changes
  • Employee engagement via presentations, one-to-one meetings, telephone and written communication
  • Implementing and managing a flexible benefit programme
  • Supplying and managing our online childcare voucher scheme.

Our Charges

At NW Brown, we believe in making our charges clear and transparent to clients at all times. Our charges depend on the service level that you need and they can be invoiced quarterly or paid by the benefit provider as client agreed remuneration. These options will be fully discussed and agreed before we undertake any work.
