After an initial meeting, at which we will establish the benefits that you wish to provide for your employees, we prepare an outline report. This report is provided free of charge, without obligation and recommends the most suitable structure of corporate benefits for your type of business and employees. Once the overall strategy has been agreed, we will begin the implementation process.

Administration

NW Brown & Company Ltd's Corporate Benefits division aims to minimise the administrative burden on your company. We have developed a system which enables us to administer personal pensions through multiple providers whilst involving your company in no more administration than if you were dealing with a single provider. We can provide the following documentation/administration services, as appropriate:

Continuing services

We will provide you with a comprehensive range of on-going support services to ensure that your pension provision continues to work effectively for you and your employees. These services include:

  • Trustee and Documentation
  • Full record keeping
  • Investment allocation and performance monitoring
  • Draft accounts, including liaison with auditors
  • Disclosure of information to new scheme members and guidance on additional contributions
  • Allocation of premium to members and advice on retained benefits
  • Annual benefit statement and individual review
  • Advice and implementation of alterations following legislative changes
  • Administration of claims and withdrawals
  • Administration on retirement and advice to retirees

Charges

Following the free initial report, charges for services provided are preferably calculated as a fee, which will depend on the number of employees and the complexity of the arrangements required. All policies set up as a result will be on a 'nil' commission basis, which means that if we would otherwise be eligible to receive commission, enhanced terms and/or reduced product charges would be passed on to the policyholder.

Continuing administration services are charged on an annual fee basis.
All fees will be quoted in advance of any work being undertaken.
