When the unforeseen occurs our dedicated claims team are here to give assistance and advice in every way. From completion of a claim form to technical advice we are here to help you.

Our Aim

Having a claim of any nature involves inconvenience and hassle for you and may be particularly stressful. Our aim from the point of first notification is to reduce this as much as possible by explaining the process, what is expected of you and indeed what you can expect from the insurance company. Having a clear understanding from the outset should give you re-assurance under any claim situation.

Our Service

The claims department can be contacted by telephone or by email and will provide as much or as little assistance as you require. We can talk you through the claim form, advise what you can do next or indeed report claims on your behalf and deal with the insurer so that you have minimal contact with them, if that is what you would prefer. In the event of a large loss we can be present at any appointments with loss adjusters or investigators you just need to let us know if you would like us to be there.

Delegated Authority

Some of the major insurance companies have entrusted NW Brown with their ‘cheque book’ and given us the authority to deal with household and property related claims on their behalf.
This demonstrates a trust in our claim departments knowledge and technical ability, which in turn enables us to provide speedy, efficient and fair settlement to our clients.
