Service features
- Option for all correspondence to be sent by email, which can be of particular benefit if you are based overseas
- Most claims are handled in-house with settlement within 48 hours of receipt of a final invoice
- Policy documents are issued immediately on site and sent to the policyholder or solicitor by email, fax or post
- Installment option is available with automatic renewal.
Standard cover

- Buildings cover for loss or damage to the property, including cover for accidental damage
- Contents cover for loss or damage to furnishings in the event of fire, theft or water damage
- Property owners' liability up to 2 million to cover your liability to the general public and tenants
- Search and Trace cover for costs incurred in locating the source of damage to buildings caused by the escape of water or oil
- Indemnity for loss of income/loss of rent if your property is rendered uninhabitable by an insured event
- Alternative accommodation cover for the cost of re-housing contracted tenants if your property is rendered uninhabitable by an insured event
- Emergency assistance cover for the cost of call-out charges up to 500 in the event of an emergency at your property.

- Legal expenses cover for the cost of litigation to recover unpaid rent from tenants
- Legal expenses cover for property disputes
- Employers' liability up to 10 million to cover your liability to those you employ to maintain the property.
