As an integral part of NW Brown, our mortgage service is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. We can offer you advice and recommendation about the product that is best suited to your own needs and circumstances. Our mortgages team has over 25 years' experience of arranging mortgages for our clients and this gives them a valuable insight into the housing market.
Our mortgage service is predominantly fee-based, although some of this cost is offset by any fee we receive from the lender. This means that you pay for our mortgage advice, but you only pay if your mortgage completes.
