Personal clients

As a client of NW Brown you will have access to a team of experts that are dedicated to putting your interests first. 

We are pleased to offer an introductory meeting, at no cost to you, to enable you to learn more about us and our philosophy, and to allow us to get to know you, your circumstances and your financial aspirations.

We will take time to ensure you have a clear understanding of the services we offer, how they might support your financial aspirations, and our charges should you wish to become a client. 

If you decide to become a client we will prepare a detailed bespoke report, which

·       analyses your current situation

·       identifies areas for potential improvement

·       recommends the most suitable and cost-effective solutions for you.

Once you become a client of NW Brown, your wealth manager will be available to answer your questions, discuss any concerns or changes in your circumstances, as we help you to remain on course to achieve your financial objectives.

We will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your financial plan and you will be able to access up-to-date investment portfolio valuations online at any time. We will provide you with a detailed valuation report, at least twice a year, and a comprehensive end-of-year tax schedule to help with your tax return.

Our Charges
At NW Brown, we believe in making our charges clear and transparent. They are based on the service level that you need and can either be invoiced quarterly or paid by the benefit provider as client agreed remuneration. These options will be fully discussed and agreed with you before we undertake any work.
